Our client is a large nationwide distributor of electrical material, industrial supplies and safety products and equipment. Success is in large due to their ability to distribute over 95,000 products and establish relationships with numerous world-class manufacturers.  Currently, they are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join their Inside Sales team.

A successful candidate in this role knows how to develop new business and process customer orders. In addition, if you are driven and constantly looking for ways to improve your product knowledge – this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

Opportunity:
- Sell products, process customer orders, provide pricing and technical support;
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;
- Proactively suggest and help customers purchase the right products;
- Become the “go-to” person for technical knowledge/support, pricing information and other related services for all customers;

Required Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience (working for a distributor or having electrical knowledge);
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Customer service focused;
- Attention to detail;
